Huey Hua is one of the two Mars Venus Coaching Master Franchisees
and a Certified Licensed Success Coach and Trainer in Malaysia.
She is licensed to conduct programs approved and accredited
by the Mars Venus Institute of Dr. John Gray.
Trained in the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy under the institute, Huey Hua also holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon, USA. She has acquired a wide range of experience during her initial career in auditing and accountancy with the former international auditing and accounting firm Arthur Andersen, covering private companies to public listed corporations in the fields of building and construction, hotels, golf resorts, investment holding, trading and manufacturing. She also has corporate tax experience acquired during her period of service at KPMG Peat Marwick, Kuala Lumpur. She was a member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accounts (MICPA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) during her professional life in the field of accounting.
Applying the training she has received from Arthur Andersen's Consulting Division, The Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM), and International Quality Certification Services (IQCS) Singapore, Huey Hua has consulted, trained and audited manufacturing companies, assisting them with obtaining certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9000/14000). The manufacturing companies involved operated in the fields of chemical, stamping, electronics, cement and etc.
After leaving the corporate rat race, Huey Hua was subsequently involved in areas relating to strategic planning, administration, customer service, business development and education in the music and progressive learning industries. Huey Hua believes in continuous improvement and doing her best in every aspect of her life. She has attended seminars and training courses conducted by various gurus such as Dr. John Gray, Darren Stephens, Anthony Robbins, Jay Abraham, Brian Tracy.
Huey Hua is perceived to possess strong leadership skills. She is able to facilitate resolution of conflicts in a proactive and tactful way, and has demonstrated very effective organizational ability. Her even-keeled, pleasant personality provides an effective medium for her to share her leadership skills. As a result, she has performed well in many challenging situations.
As a mother of two, Huey Hua understands the importance of having a balanced life. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, jogging, swimming, team sports and yoga. Goal achievement, financial success, personal ongoing development, effective communication, enriching relationships, positive parenting, and a healthy lifestyle are the key elements Huey Hua focuses on in an effort to continuously improving her day-to-day life. She is eager to share her experiences and to explore possibilities with those who are willing to learn and grow together with her in making the world a better place to live in.
