Born
in Buenos Aires, Alex has lived in Slovenia since 1970. Alex
has had a wide and varied career as a valued team member in
a range of companies and as an entrepreneur building his own
businesses. He has been working as a trainer or coach for
the last 12 years.
Alex's
previous professional includes roles such as marketing projects
manager, advertising advisor, salesman, self-employed business
consulting and organisation, accountant and bank cashier.
His experience across a range of industries and at many levels
has given him a unique insight into how organisations operate
and how they can be made more effective, profitable and satisfying.
Alex
is an accomplished public speaker, skilled at anticipating
and planning for future business challenges and problem solving.
His most recent role was as the professional coach for financial
advisers at financial consulting company Individa Group in
Ljubljana.
He
loves people and has over 1900 hours of experience delivering
lectures and workshops. He is also an experienced media commentator.
Alex
is currently studying sociology and human resource management
at the University of Ljubljana. He also has completed extensive
further studies including personal development and business
skills courses and becoming a trainer.
Alex's
rich life experiences - both personal and professional - give
him an insight and understanding into people, their motivations
and behaviour, which his clients find invaluable.

One of Alex's passions is foreign languages
and he speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Croatian,
Serbian and Slovene. He also enjoys dancing, skiing, mountain
hiking and cooking. He lives with his partner and their four
children.
