John
has extensive experience in working with the owners of both
small to large size corporations and working together with
them in achieving many life and business outcomes.
He
is a qualified CPA accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business.
With over 15 years experience as a senior business manager,
he is also qualified as a financial advisor and mortgage broker.
John's
passion lies in the field of personal development and human
potential within the business arena. By awakening the full
potential of our human resources, being specific about our
outcomes and by designing specific strategies, there are huge
gains to be made both by businesses and individuals.
He
has been trained and accredited as a Practitioner and Master
Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and has personally
trained with Anthony Robbins, Dr John Demartini and Darren
Stephens (international chairman of Mars Venus Coaching) and
has attended many other self development programs in success
accelerated change methodologies.
His
personal vision along side his wife Penny Korovinis and his
business partners Michael and Susan Dean is to really make
an impact in the coaching arena within Victoria . Through
his business and personal experiences his aim is to ignite
the desire, inspire and resolve blocks within the Victorian
team of coaches who in turn will succelerate the outcomes
of all of our clients.

Penny
is a mother of two and is passionate about empowering people
and living life to its fullest.
She
has also personally trained with Anthony Robbins, Dr John
Demartini and our very own chairman, Darren Stephens.
Penny
looks after all of the day-to-day office administration and
is also responsible as an events co-ordinator.
