Alex was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but he has lived in Slovenia since 1970. He has had a wide and varied career as a valued team member in a range of companies and as an entrepreneur building his own businesses. Alex has also been working as a trainer or coach for the last 14 years.
His previous professional experience includes roles such as marketing projects manager, advertising advisor, salesman, self-employed business consulting and organizational firm, accountant, and bank cashier.
His experience, across a range of industries and at many levels, has given him a unique insight into how organizations operate and how they can be made more effective, profitable, and satisfying.
Alex is an accomplished public speaker, skilled at anticipating and planning for future business challenges, and problem solving. He loves people and has over 3500 hours of experience delivering lectures and workshops. He is also an experienced media commentator.
He is currently studying sociology and human resource management at the University of Ljubljana. He has also completed extensive studies on personal development, business skills and trainer accreditation.
Alex's rich life experiences - both personal and professional - give him an insight and understanding into people, their motivations and behaviors that his clients find invaluable.
