Darren
is the founder and International Chairman of the multi million
dollar global business network Mars Venus Institute and Mars
Venus Coaching Pty Ltd. Darren is a self made multi millionaire
and he is one of Dr John Gray's two International Master Trainers.
Darren is recognised as an expert in the field of business
management, self-development, relationships and psychological
transformation. The author of two books and a frequent guest
on various major TV and radio network shows, Darren holds
a Master's accreditation in Neuro Linguistic Programming and
is qualified in Time Line Therapy, Ericksonian Hypnosis and
Psychology. He is a fellow diplomat of the American Board
of Hypnotherapy.

Ciuffetelli
Global Chief Executive Officer
Vic
has over 21 years experience within every aspect of the franchising
industry, from being a multi-site franchisee to franchise
manager and global director of fast growing franchise networks.
As the CEO of Mars Venus Coaching, Vic's wide range of experience,
innate knowledge of franchising and how to grow a successful
business will boost the growth, expansion and success of Mars
Venus Coaching globally.
Having
spent over six years within the coaching franchise industry,
Vic has demonstrated his ability to grow franchises to massive
worldwide success and he has experience selling to every continent
in the world.
Prior
to joining Mars Venus Coaching, Vic consulted and provided
strategic and sales advice to franchises around the world.
He was also the Australian Franchise Manager, Global Director
of Master Licensees, and for the last four years, C.E.O. with
ActionCOACH. His time as a franchisee was spent as a multi-site
owner in the retail sector.
Vic
will work closely with master franchisors and franchisees
to develop effective systems that will see Mars Venus Coaching
franchisees develop to their full potential and create their
own massively successful businesses. He will also ensure
the growth of the network globally, further increasing the
power of the brand and the ultimate success of everyone associated
with it.

 Jackie
Tallentyre
General Manager & Director Training and Course Development
Jackie
is co-founder of the Mars Venus Institute and is one of Dr
John Gray's two International Master Trainers. She's a leader
in the field of business administration, self-development,
relationships and education. Jackie has worked for over fifteen
years in corporate business in senior management positions.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Education, Finance and Law.
She is a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and
for years lectured in
universities
on Business Management and Accounting.
As
General Manager, Jackie is responsible for the day to day
operations, expansion of the franchise network, business development,
branding and the design and implementation of various systems.
She is responsible for the design and development of new Mars
Venus programs. Jackie is the author of two books 75 Ways
To Say I Love You and How to Release Stress Through
Relaxation.

John

Rich
comes with a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years.
Prior to joining Mars Venus he was CEO and President of the
National Distributing Group, a candy and chewing gum distributing
company. Subsequently, he became Senior Vice President
of Sales and Marketing for Gumm Tech International, a Phoenix
based publicly traded chewing gum manufacturer which was eventually
sold to the William Wrigley Company.
In
2003 he joined Action Coach as a support manager for new coaches
and master licensees throughout the United States. In
his position as Global Director of Franchise development,
Rich was responsible for recruiting, training and consulting
new coaches in 26 countries on four continents.
His
background in business management makes Rich uniquely qualified
to help business owners learn important strategies that can
help them succeed.

Graham
Executive
Vice President
Celeste
oversees all contract, regulatory, compliance and the administrative
operations of the North America office, inclusive of insurance,
supplier programs and systems and process implementation.
Prior
to joining Mars Venus Coaching , her diverse business experience
in senior management positions covered the full spectrum from
Human Resources, Corporate Administration, Facilities Procurement
and Management, Business Planning and Development, Corporate
Meeting Planning to Insurance and Risk Management.
She maintained an active involvement in the Insurance and
Risk Management industry for many years as a board member
of the local RIMS chapter.
Her
past employment affiliations have been with nationally known
insurance, tradeshow and convention services, entertainment
and franchise companies.
Celeste
also holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the Baldwin
Wallace College Conservatory in Ohio
