What is a team? What makes a great team? If you think you know or you’d like to know more, this is the workshop for you. The attributes of great teams are discussed, as well as the profile attributes of team members. Are you aligning a team member’s profile to that of your customer’s? It starts with identifying the four profile styles of each team member and your customer.

We’ll explore Meredith Belbin’s (1993) ten roles that successful teams should have. We’ll also discuss the eight social skills and how they contribute to great customer service. Emotional Intelligence is examined and you’ll be able to identify your behavior patterns and know what is likely to trigger a particular response. Then you can work on giving the desired response and not just repeat a “triggered” response. You’ll be surprised and amazed as we go through the four stages of team development that you’ll later apply to your teams.
